Kate Upton 's sex appeal is undeniable.
And, based on the Sports Illustrated swimsuit model's criteria, it's easy to see why.
"To me, what's sexy is when you look like you're having a good time," Upton told the November issue of Cosmopolitan . "That, and when you look effortless and have messy hair."
The effervescent 20-year-old model kept her look for the magazine fun and casual, donning Daisy Dukes and a pair of ankle boots for the photo shoot.
"I'm a little bit of a mix - a girlie girl and a tomboy," she said of her personal style . "When I'm in a city, I'm girlie. But when I'm around a barn, I turn into a tomboy."
