The results of the actress's sporty routine were on full display in Puerto Rico yesterday, as she hit the beach with fiance Justin Timberlake for a game of smashball.

The 7th Heaven actress, who will be seen next month in the much anticipated remake of Total Recall, wore tiny black bikini bottoms for her beach outing.
Jessica paired the bikini with a long-sleeved purple-and-white surf rash vest and black sun visor.
Justin, 31, was bare chested in a pair of black-and-blue board shorts.
The lovebirds, who became engaged in December last year, hit a smash ball between them with apparent ease.
Jessica, a former gymnast, has said she works had to maintain her killer physique.
Hiking, sprinting on a treadmill, yoga, swimming and working with a personal trainer are all in her regular routine.
'My trainer, [Jason] Walsh works with athletes, so we do a lot of football drills, like pulling big sleds and waving and waving heavy ropes,' says Biel in the August issue of InStyle magazine.
'It's intense cardiovascular training but really fun.'
The actress says she doesn't miss her training sessions even when she her work days are very long.
'I might work out as late as 9 or 10pm.,' she says.
'When you have to do it, you just do it. It's not easy at all. I just grumble through the whole way.

The Illusionist actress has two big movies out in coming weeks.
First up will be Total Recall, the story of factory worker Douglas Quaid (Colin Farrell) who begins to suspect that he is a spy.
The movie, a remake of the original Arnold Schwarzenegger hit released in 1990, also stars Breaking Bad's Brian Cranston and British actress Kate Beckinsale.
Biel's other big Hollywood movie, slated for release on September 5, is The Tall Man, a mystery thrilled in which she plays a mother whose child goes missing.
Singer, actor and entrepreneur Timberlake, meanwhile, last week got to add a new title to his resume.
The PGA of America announced the 31-year-old will serve as the first U.S. team ambassador.
Timberlake will make his debut at the 39th annual Ryder Cup in September in Illinois.
The Friends with Benefits star took time out from his holiday yesterday to send a message of condolence out to the victims of the Colorado shooting.
'So saddened to hear of the tragic theatre shooting last night in Aurora, Colorado,' he posted on his Twitter account.
'Sending my prayers to the victims and their families'
